Refunds Policy

We at Buyreal commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single item is inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you receive the highest quality products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face delays in the inspection and quality check process. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about any such issues promptly so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), your refund will be processed once our team confirms your request.

We carry out a thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care every time to ensure that the packing is good, such that the items won't get damaged during transit. However, we cannot be held responsible for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We will review your returned product as soon as we receive it, and if it follows the guidelines added, we will issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process, but you will receive your money.

Shipping 

Buyreal is responsible for return shipping costs. Every return shipping is paid by Buyreal, even if the product was damaged in the first place.

Buyreal Exchange Policy

At BuyReal, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and satisfying as possible. Our Exchange Policy is designed to be user-friendly and efficient, ensuring you can easily exchange products if needed.

Eligibility for Exchanges

Items must be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.
Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, and final sale items, are not eligible for exchange.

How to Initiate an Exchange

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at support@buyreal.com or call us at +91-7546993603 start the exchange process.

2. Exchange Authorization:

After your exchange request is approved, you will receive an Exchange Authorization (EA) number along with detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

3. Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the EA number on the outside of the package.

4. Shipping: Ship the package using the carrier of your choice. We recommend a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely. You are responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Processing Your Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
If your exchange is approved, we will process and ship the replacement item within 3-5 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details once your new item has been dispatched.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
